The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.


Shipping Locations

Millie June Silver Goods ships domestically within Australia as well as internationally to New Zealand, Canada and the United States.

Shipment processing times

Processing time refers to the time it takes for to prepare and package your order for shipping.

Orders are processed once payment has been received and verified.

Ready to ship items are typically shipped within 3-4 business days.

Made to order pieces have a lead time of around 3-4 weeks depending on the item. This timeframe may be shortened or extended depending on the current workload. We will contact you to keep you informed of the progress of your order including if there are any unforeseen delays.

Each listing clearly states whether an items is “ready to ship” or “made to order” so please read the item description carefully.

DOMESTIC: Parcels are sent via Australia Post with the option for standard or express delivery. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item has been posed. If you would like extra insurance on a parcel please get in touch at milliejunesilver@gmail.com as additional postage fees may apply.

INTERNATIONAL: Parcels are sent via Australia Post International Standard. The flat rate for New Zealand is $18aud and $25aud for the US/Canada. You will receive an email with tracking information once your item has been posed.

Please note, any parcels of high value are insured at no extra cost to the purchaser. This is at the discretion of Millie June Silver Goods and is usually reserved for gold items, and for single parcels containing multiple items.

International Customs, Duties and Taxes

All orders shipping to a destination outside of Australia are subject to the import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Delays in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department. Millie June Silver Goods is not responsible for any possible customs and taxes applied to your order.

We are required to declare the value of the goods on the customs export forms. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. You agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes, and custom requirements or expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally.

Damages & Theft

Millie June Silver Goods is not responsible for any damage or tampering of a parcel once it has been shipped. If an item arrives damaged or tampered with it is advised that you contact the relevant local authorities. Millie June Silver Goods cannot assist with this process or provide any financial compensation, unless the items are of high value and have been insured prior to shipment.
